my (now) 96 year old neighbor makes me one one every year. bless her heart. but I have seen the process. her cat is on the counter, she will pet the cat with her doughy h hands, errrggckkaaack! she gave me one once wrapped in recycled aluminum...it was from some BBQ joint. hahhaha
I cant eat it. plus all she does is crap on the rising cost of dried fruit..so she barely puts any in there!! lets me honest, its a biscotti really...no a biscotti had a love fest with a dry ass biscuit.

if she rings my doorbell, I'll hide behind the couch stationary so she doenst see me.
