I had the similar problem that developed over time. For some reason the aftermarket disc (clutchnet brand...should have bought Sach or KEP brand) would warp or become beveled shape when it heat up. I replaced the defective disc with KEP that took care of this problem.

First thing I would do is to make sure the clutch cable is not defective and also check the clutch bushing at the pedal assembly (make sure there's no play). If there is 25mm of travel at the cable end when the clutch is fully depressed then I would drop the engine/gearbox and check the clutch.
