The GM F1 engine is planned for the 2030 season . At least that's what most websites are saying . At that point they will truly be an American team . Haas is tied in with Ferrari to supply them with engines . With Toyota gaining its foot back in the door with the Haas collaboration I wouldn't be surprised in the future Toyota will supply engines to Haas . Pure speculation on my part .

But with Honda supplying engines to Aston Martin for 2026 and beyond I doubt Toyota wants to be left out of the parade . Just think about it , next year Ferrari/Mercedes/Honda/Audi/Ford will have their engines on the grid . GM to join in 2030 . Doesn't it make sense for Toyota to join ? Of course all dependent on world economy at any given point .
