"Tenant in kind" and "Tenants in common" as it it known in CA, for what I know.
And I will add that I did use a legal service, not an attorney. I was the one that appeared in court and the judge questioned me about a few things. I suppose they have the judicial duty to ask if there are definite "irreconcilable differences" and (I don't actually remember) a signed and witnessed agreement from the other party. Anyway, 10 minutes at the most. Divorce granted.
