I bet having GM in F1 will reignite (ingnite) passion for F1 with a certain market segment that loves their Chebby trucks.
NASCAR has changed from pure racing to a series of sprint races within a race and ‘playoffs’…
I think F1, despite its rule set, will be more popular in the US with General Motors (Cadillac) involved.
I doubt they will be competitive out of the gate but give them 5 years…
