That is still the 930 4 speed trans? It is possible your first gear syncromesh is getting warn out. Reverse has no synchromesh on that trans, so best to make sure the car is completely at a standstill and still in a forward gear, this makes sure the input shaft is not still spinning prior to shifting to reverse. I think the 4 speed trans is sensitive to different oils.
