The head coach who replaced Harbaugh, who himself (almost) got caught stealing signals, just got fired for an ‘inappropriate relationship’ with a staffer and then was arrested for domestic violence.
Total news blackout immediately followed.
I believe Michigan law says an arrest MUST be made in a domestic violence call involving the police. Of course, in almost all instances, if a male is involved he gets arrested even over the objections of the alleged victim who may or may not also be the complainant. The detainee is usually released if, in the opinion of a residing official, i.e., the legal adjudicator randomly assigned to the case, finds insufficient cause for the arrest.
The perp, in this instance, remains in custody.
