First of all, it’s Florida so all bets are off.
If the pilot thinks he’s about to crash but finds a highway nearby, he’s gonna try to land irregardless* of the traffic below.
I would.
*Used to not be a real word. But in Florida it still, and always will, count as a word, IIRC.
