WiFi or any enabled App using Bluetooth on your phone is constantly pinging. Those also have a registry sending address. Perhaps that address is on file to be looked up. They don't have to 'hack into' anything. The phone is constantly sending it out. They just have to listen. It's private property that the customer willingly entered.
Plus in the TOS/EULA fine print there is that language about sharing with partner affiliates.
Plus "Who's gonna stop me?" Like it never happened before smh
