I also looked longingly at that hut as a place to do the work. An empty canvas. Plenty of room for some rolling and stationary tables and workbenches, racks and bins for storage, tool cabinets, a rotisserie if that's in the budget, etc etc. All the things a restoration needs.
Lights, power, airlines everywhere, a nice stereo, maybe even a flatscreen, cuppla old couches. Turn this whole endeavor into a YouTube channel called Project Redcoat.
