we were glued to the set during the All in the Family days. Loved that show even as a wee tot.
I knew he had done Princess Bride and Sleepless in Seattle but didn't know he had made so many other great great movies.
As someone in a family with an alcoholic and many times violent personality, I understand a little of what he and his wife were going through because the despair in these kinds of family dynamics never subsides. At least he and his wife have peace now and forever. We are all a little less with your leaving, godspeed and rest in peace, both of you.
