Yeah, many of the recommendations work for multiple IOS, especially the privacy stuff. I've been into computers and tech since the late 80s, and I've always looked for settings to increase performance and efficiency, and now that the Internet is what it is, I also focus on privacy. When I get major updates or new tech, I always go through ALL of the settings looking for things that I think will increase performance, extend battery life, or increase privacy. For instance, I already had almost all of the location services set to "never" or "only when using app" and had "precise location" turned off. But I went back through and turned some settings down further or disabled because they were newer apps that I'd previously missed.
