Hmm, sounds like you will be screwed if you want 72 inlbs. That thing goes from 120 - 960 in-lbs or the equivalent of 10 - 80 ftlbs.
Now, to show you how it works, imagine you wanted 153 in-lbs, twist until you get to 150 where the 0 or the 0-9 scale lines up with 150, and then twist until the 3 on the 0-9 scale lines up with the centerline of the scale, then you will be at 153.
