The washers are all beveled so that takes care of one side of the o ring. The non chamfered side of the case will flatten one side of the o ring?
What do most builders do?
There are options and we've tried them all. Most everything works if you use common sense.
The one thing we haven't tried was to redesign the bolt. We chose an option the will cure the o-ring issue (chamfer both case haves) and add shuffle resistance at the same time.
