Yes, the motor has been retuned for a street car. Apparently, in qualifying trim, it would make over 1000hp at 11,500rpm at 4bar boost. The one in the 930 in the video makes 510hp at 9000rpm at 3bar boost. And the whole car only weighs 2250#.
