From the 996TT to the current model, I rear quarter air intake spoils the look for me. Since they are both extremely fast and capable cars, I'd go with first, the one that felt better driving, second, the one I would look back at every time I got out and walked away.
The 992 is so clean and svelte, that would most likely be my choice.
edit: the Turbo has better investment potential if BaT is a guide.
