Replaced the interior lights on the F150 to LED. We’ll see what the difference it makes at night.
I have a Sears floor jack that is probably about 40 years old. It wasn’t working properly, and I found a round pin, that worked between the round tube and the pump, was wonky. I welded it up, ground it down smooth and staked it back in position.
Also, cleaned up underneath the 911. There were some light rust stains from somewhere. I used a mild acid to clean the rust off and when it dries overnight, I will paint those sections.
You can see some smooth areas on the gas tank. I have some Wurth grey schlutz coming, and will touch up the gas tank. Down the road, when I rebuild the front end, I’ll take everything in to get powder coated.
Edit: is the black on the gas tank factory, dealer or a previous owner? It’s not paint, but some kind of undercoat.
