Just reading this thread makes my blood boil.

When I first moved to Alexandria VA, I had an old lady across the street with a similar son that was a worthless POS. One time he parked a 18 wheeler tractor in the street in front of her house. He claims it was to fix it. I really don't care what the reason was since it was 100% illegal to do so. I called the PD and got him a nice $400 ticket. He confronted me but I just denied it to see his reaction. He melted away and went back to mommy's house.

The old lady also had a tenant once that decided to park in front of my house since I had shade. I caught him one day and put a stop to that doodoo. He tried to play the 'public' street nonsense, I just told him beat it and then told her same and that I would report her to the city for lodging a dude in her basement without license. It stopped most riki tik.
