My brother and sister in law came through on a road trip in their class B motorhome. We took them to dinner at a favorite Mexican restaurant they love, and they spent the night parked in front of our house. I ran an electrical cord to their motorhome so they did not have to run the generator to run the fridge and such. They spent the night in our house and had a real shower in the morning.
It was for one night, and I talked to the HOA president and he said that is fine for one night.
It was different for the neighbors as our entire street is free of cars the vast majority of the time.
