I get along with him okay. He's probably late 60s or early 70s. His father, who owns the house, is a nicer, more reasonable guy and easier to work with. I think the son will eventually inherit the place and let the house go to pot. I'm hoping not. He has a brother so maybe there will be some negotiation between them when the father passes since the house is worth a fair amount.
As far as him and his girlfriend parking their cars in front of my house - true, it's public parking. What sucks is their empty driveways and leaking oil. I'm just not set up that way and have far more consideration for my neighbors. We'll see if he actually moves his car as he said he would.
