I was cleaning out a closet and found a nib 8" celestion greenback speaker... I have no recollection of buying it...
I had some oak veneer plywood scraps and other oak odds and ends.. I picked up some cane.. and now have a vintage looking Mesa-Boogie mini speaker..
I use my cnc router to drill the locating dowels, and magnet holders....rather than lay everything out by hand, I did it on a pc, then mirrored the pattern so everything matches... then flipped the frame and routed for the cane spline..I have some gun oil leftover from another project for the finish..
