Since the biking season has been done for a couple months here, I have noticed that getting my legs in and out of the car is something not as easy as before.
I am 72, but I think muscles have to keep being worked to maintain shape.
I was watching youtube videos on leg exercises and started making chair squats a daily habit. Whenever I go to sit, I'll lightly touch the chair and raise up and repeat 20 times. I try to do that at least 3 times a day.
Another video to get flexibilty showed how to work into a full 'Asian Squat'. After a few days it started getting easier...now I can do it fully. (I started as only being able to go with my thighs at a right angle to my lower leg)
My legs feel much better now than a month or two ago.
