I've gotten over flicking the bird. My new reaction is to clap my hands loud and obnxiously....applauding their stupidy.
For example, this morning I was driving around westwood, some a-hole in his lexus is300 (i think, who knows what it was) is raring down on my bumper (fast), he swerves around me, cuts in front of me, only to slam his brakes hard at the red light that awaits. Fuucker...
So I start clapping and smile as i say something to the effect of... "That move really got you ahead didn't it ahole...sign this guy up! the next schumacher....dont worry your car only rolled 10 degrees to the left and right when you swerved around me...piece of shiet..yadda yadda"
He double takes (looking in his mirror) and gives me a thumbs up as i'm clapping and smiling right back at him.
I'm over flicking the bird: a) b/c it's so common it has lost its effect and b) i don't want to get shot.
