July 4, 1776 was the first time I saw fireworks. I was 6 years old and we drove to the nearest "big city" for the celebration. There was no place to park. We parked a long way away from the park that was hosting the show and we managed to walk in, spread a blanket, and sit down just in time to catch the last few minutes of the show...
Not sure what I'll do this year.
