I should have also mentioned that I saw the phone number for Xfinity in the email that they sent. I think it's an added line for the '5 year price guarantee'.. what I did.
I reached a human within 2 minutes of placing the call...which is highly unusual.
And the lady who helped me was very friendly with hardly any accent.
