Not sure why the need for the setback, I assume it is to have somewhat of an awning or covering at the door. The hut used to be a few feet longer on that end, but there is an alley that goes around that end and the hut had been hit by vehicles in the past. When Tj bought the property he had a few feet removed from that end to keep the structure from being hit again. The hut was full of junk and was being used for storage. It had a garage door on that end, but it was removed so they could clean out the hut easier. The original plan was to remove the hut altogether but now Tj has decided to use it again for storage and that is why he is having a new garage door installed along with the regular entry door and making the building more secure. It was Tj's idea that I could keep the TR there, I feel that he wanted the place more secure because the car is in there and he also sees the usefulness of such a large sheltered space.
