I might have a prejudice going here, (ahem,) but after 1964 the Vetts just got forever huge?

The C8 is a bit bigger, but not tons, than a 911 GT3, but it is quite a bit heavier. The mustang is a monster though. It makes the corvette look svelt both in exterior dimensions and weight.
Below are the dimensions of the C8, C8 ZR1, Mustang, Mustang GTD, 911 GT3, and 911 GT3RS (probably should have included the plain jane 911)
A regular C8 is ~2.5" longer, 3" wider, 3.5" shorter, and 500# heavier than the GT3. A regular Mustang is 7.5" longer, 0.5" more narrow, 6.5" taller, and 200# heavier than a C8. The Mustang GTD is 4" longer, 6" wider, and over 400# heavier than a regular mustang.
Mustang GTD is almost 14" longer, 9" wider, 5" taller, and over 1100# heavier than a 911 GT3.
