Our dishwasher needed replacing so I installed this yesterday. It was a real pain in the butt!!! The flooring stops at the edge of the cabinet and the machine actually drops down a teeny bit and sits on concrete, but the dang counter overhang and tile hang down enough that I had to remove tiles and use a jigsaw to trim the overhang. A previous owner didn't give a crap for whoever would have to remove the old dishwasher and install a new one that's for sure. It was like the dishwasher was tiled in. I have the new dishwasher in place and everything is level and working and it looked like the door would clear the tile so I started putting the tiles back in place and now have found the the top of the door is just barely touching the bottom edge of the tile. So, I may need to pull the machine back out and just remove the leveling feet to drop it down a little because I have the feet run in as much as they will go. A simple project seems to always go sideways around this place!!!
