Maybe it's my age, but I crawled around and over that car for an hour and never once thought of taking my phone out of my pocket. When I got home and my wife wanted to know what I had bought, I went to the website but the seller had already taken down the ad. I will try to arrange shipping this week. In the meantime, the car is dark blue with tan seats and carpet. The dashboard is almost perfect. There were no dents I could see. I think the rockers were treated to a fiberglass "repair ". . No smoke on start up with a light choke. No rod knock or valve clatter.. I think I'm going to have to get a better welder, as mine is ok for doing heavy stuff on the farm, but tends to burn through thin sheet metal even on the lower(of two) setting.
There was a bag in the trunk with a couple of catalogs (Moss Motors? 10 yo?), a Haynes manual and what looked like a weathered and notated factory manual.
