Double wall horizontal pipe for pool heater?

We are finishing a house, and the gas pool heater that requires a 4 inch double wall pipe, that will go up 5 feet and then out, to the outside, 9 feet.

My buddy went to HVAC house and they said they didn’t have horizontal pipe.

We will use a 90 out of the heater, go up 5 feet, to a 90, and then take it straight out side 9 feet. We will need a flange where it goes through the raised foundation slats and cap of some type as well on the exterior.

What kind of pipe do I need for horizontal applications?
