Saw this and the performance envelope of all of these cars is just eye watering. Yes 996 was the last variant with no nannies so it is a very visceral driving experience. At this performance level it is also the one most likely to get wrapped around a telephone pole as well. Having nannies to keep you from dying in one of these monsters is not a completely bad thing. I think my Cayman GTS 4.0L has a similar performance envelope to the 997 GT3RS and it is just fookin' scary on a public road.
