So front and rear wings will now move to reduce drag on straights..apparently that can be hydraulic or electric in operation... So now, if the system fails, the car is useless as it will be stuck either way (slow on corners or on straights depending how it failed). If there is mild contact, the thing can jam possibly on one side or on the front only (dangerously so). If it breaks altogether, what happens for wing changes in the pits? presumably a hydraulic system will be harder to unplug-replug so guessing electrical connectors, adding complexity to the wing change time? will the stewards black flag a car with broken aero, or not active enough ?
I'm sure the clever folks in F1 will think of all that and bring solutions, but it's a lot of gimmickry that can affect races IMO.. That and all the new modes, straight mode, boost mode, man.... I guess we'll see..

Wireless electronic is a possible solution. It would be pretty weird if the backup front wing was linked to the car while still sitting on the storage rack. Imagine the spare wing in the pits moving up and down at the same time the car’s doing it out on the track.
