I finally used my new 36" Blackstone Griddle
During the sales of last year, I purchased a Blackstone 36" griddle with 4 burners. I did a lot of research regarding the various models, accessories, and techniques. A couple of weeks ago, I seasoned it with avocado oil as recommended. I also purchased the accessories for it along with a infrared laser temperature gun.
Last night I finally was able to use it to cook marinated chicken and vegetables. This griddle is awesome!
Please post some of your favorite recipes and experiences for a beginner such as myself.
