I went through this with my Father...very aggressive cancer and he wanted nothing to do with the, "cure", which in his mind was worse than the cancer.
So I decided to get smart on all the legal issues, etc. in order to offer the best council I could.
But he decided to die first. He had had enough.
That is the only way I can put it. I was not there, my wife and I were splitting duty since he was in Fairfield, California.
My wife said he thanked her and my daughter, said he was tired and told them how much he loved them.
He died that night. He knew everything was in order and I had the Con.
