The Water guy was in his 20's and it was stuck and he spent a half day trying to pull it. Finally, he said that he was going to talk to his dad (the owner) and would be back in the morning.

After a half hour the next day, he succeeded in pulling it. He said to me "My dad knows all the tricks"

The two old guys working on the well both look like they are in the 60s or maybe 70s. I think they've got the tricks, but needed more firepower.
