Fried rice is the big griddle hit in our house but my favorite is breakfast. Entire package of bacon (four of us plus a bit of a treat for the dogs), eggs, sausage...tons of fun! Shredded has browns proving more of a challenge.
Thick cut filet is also perfect for a griddle. Have made some great stuff on our single burner blackstone at football games. It is such a great tool for portable outdoor cooking.
When it comes to the big multi burner surfaces I would encourage those who have yet to buy a griddle to strongly consider the Weber griddle insert made for their gas grills. I've had a couple blackstones (still have a single burner portable) and the Weber insert is a much better finished surface.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
