I've tried everything over the years.
THC + CBN gummies are the best chemical aid
Start calming yourself an hour or two before bedtime (meditation, reading, listening to calming music)
A warm cup of decaf tea of some sort is calming. Celestial Seasons has one called "Sleepy Time" that I like
I listen to engaging podcasts, no politics, nothing triggering, just stories that hold my interest and keep my mind from wandering off.
Don't worry about not sleeping. There is such a thing as sleep anxiety. Don't get worried and upset about not sleeping. Tell yourself you're fine. Let it go.
Don't expect any one thing to hit you in the head and make you sleep. You have to work at it.
