The details are unimportant, but I had zero sleep issues until I did...mostly arthritis from injuries and age.
Spray on Essential Oils. I know folks that swear by a product called Seven Minerals. My experience has been just ok.
Essential Oil diffusers. I have several, one that will run all night while I sleep. There are essential oils for breathing easy, calming, etc. They work for me. It took a bit to find the right mix. One is cooking as I type.
Pillows. Don't laugh. I have a set of these and a few other pillow-pillows I bought after some research. These work for me in various configurations.
I also do THC gummies, max of 20mg per night, 10mg an hour before bed and then 10mg if I wake up.. There is a ton of options that I would try.
Mouth guard. They have some disposables I like that work when I need them to.
A good friend of mine swears by the "sound" machines...he has a lot of problems falling asleep and it works for him.
