Last night:
Went to bed at 9:00, fell asleep within a few minutes. Woke up at 11:30, mouth was dry and CPAP hose was gurgling (water in it). Emptied the hose, ate a gummy (5mg THC, 1mgCBD), nose was stopped up, so I shot some spray in it, sloshed some Biotene around in my mouth. Got back to sleep about 1:00. Woke at 3:00 to the HVAC roaring (I forgot to turn it off). Got up and turned it off, which woke the dogs up and they wanted out. Gave up and got dressed.
CPAP machine said I was on the pipe 4 hrs 45 minutes, so I got maybe 4 hours of sleep.
This isn't exactly a typical night, but it happens too often.
We keep the bedroom cold, and even with a heated hose, water condenses in the CPAP hose, so that is almost a nightly wake-up. Dry mouth, stopped up nose, and dogs are common issues.
