I am heartbroken as my standard poodle Zora moved on due to cancer. She would have been 11 years old this month, and she was a very kind and gentle soul. Very good with my little dogs, one of which adored her. Never sick, swallowed a small rock when very young, which I had to have removed. Turns out, the anesthesia allowed what turned out to be a very smooth stone to pass into her colon, so the surgery was unknowingly unnecessary. I still have the stone. The day I got her:
