I use one daily. I even have a travel one.

I bought the set at Costco which came with the two units. the big unit, I finally tossed. keeping a water irrigation thing Clean is a effen impossible task. water gets trapped somewhere and it will mold. I literally used one water-pic to clean the other.

I am about to buy a new one with Flex spending. the travel unit is on the counter now and the adjustments are wonky. it hits hard. the the period is very pronounced. the bigger home unit was smoother and it adjusted more..it had more adjustments.

I put a tiny splash of blue listerine in mine. very warm water. like my retired dentist suggested. it is crazy how, no matter how judiciously I floss and brush..a food nugget will come out.

and I still floss my implant. it is easy. plenty of room under there. I'll soon have a second implant right next to it. it will be spacious.
