Hi Ben,
The Seine kit doesn't require a short shift kit. But additionally will work if you have one. There's an extra step in the installation guide to accommodate for a factory short shifter kit. So yes it will in fact fit your car.
The 3d printed parts are not necessary but are an alternative to bring the original anodized red part and it's spring internally for those that want to fully hide the Seine shift kit. See the forum link I attached in my previous post to get the idea.
