A correction for LV yes a collapse in prices like CA NO...
1...All those SNow Birds still will be comin here to get away from the snow...and they bring MONEY...CA is too expensive for them
2...CA is driving business away and it's coming to Nevada
3... No state Income tax
4. Lower cost of living
5...No state fiscal crisis...CA could very well go BK
