That is similar to the high pressure power steering hose to the steering rack connection to my El Camino. There is no room to fit any standard wrench and for whatever reason it is a 18mm. I did not own a single 18mm tool of any sort.
I had to chase down a Snap on truck and buy a 18mm crowfoot, line wrench. There is just enough room to turn it 1/4 of a turn at a time with the crow foot wrench. Fortunately in 35 years of owning the El Camino I have only had to replace the hose once.
