There is an old joke that everyone on the internet is six foot four and handsome...the guy actually was 6'4" and handsome. Plus a lot of other fortunate characteristics, like charm and generosity, etc...
He will be missed by all on this forum but especially by those who really knew him and his family. He made a mark. He was also human, which is a compliment, he had his foibles like all of us. He had many perfect expressions and remarks and he really loved it when someone else said something he found clever or succinct. More so than others, IMO.
His passing was very sudden, this is a gut punch.
