I'm 80 and still climb trees. Going under a 18" crawl space with girders I have to get under at 10" is about the only thing I dread. For that I just take a handful of painkillers beforehand.
Now carrying a 97 lb. bag of cement will drop me in my tracks. So I have a lift and a crane for those when I was moving 500lb machines.
There are a couple positions lying under a car the have to be well thought out to get on my feet once rolling out from under. You learn to take every possible tool and have some nimrod standing there asking for the tool you are telling him you need to keep from having to come out from under the car.
Which you eventually have to do if you want the right tool; you told him exactly where to find it, They often don't get close. "Will this work?"
"I think I heard your GF telling you she's horny. Better go." I just set up jobs now with no timely completion obligations unless the water or electricy is off. I take a break every hour.
BTW, how did you like that Talladega race today? I took the afternoon off. Now go cook dinner.
