Yeah, the problem isn't the carrier or post office in this case. The problem is that the shipping monkey at the dealer created your label, and then it slipped off of his desk and is under a filing cabinet or something. It's never been handed to the post office. You may want to call the dealer "Hey, you created the label for my part a week ago, but haven't mailed it. What gives?"
