Nope, they are expensive, and not many people want one.
Grenades are 100% legal to buy and own. You do need an expensive federal license, and then a safe place to throw it. Boom, there goes $600 or so.
Check out the "most armed man in America". He owns full on tanks with 50 caliber Ma Dues on top with fully working cannons, and he has the ammo for them. Crates of grenades, he has cluster bombs, racks and rack of full auto machine guns, crazy over the top collection, but all 100% legal. That document called the constitution keeps it legal.
He has some full tours of his museum on the videos.
He did say that after a certain size of cannon it does get illegal, as it is considered artillery.
