For tonight's entry, I present a snippet from John's YT channel and his classic road bikes- up for interpretation is a 1960's carlton frame. Blue flaked paint, chrome lugs, chrome fenders, etc.

For me.... Impractical. Too old. Beautiful, but not practical, like a 50's 356a roadster or something.

Here's the effect, sans flake, yet, modern applicability.


My question, anyone sprayed tinted clear on chrome? I'd love to do this custom. I want a 54 frame, 650b touring setup, blue, but modern.
