I don't like it. I tended bar at titty bars for almost 5 years when I was younger. I think I've seen <5 nice sets (I can only remember one, but figure there had to be another one or two out there). The tend to be very eye catching in clothes, but when they are not in clothes, not my thing. I worked with a guy at one of the bars that said he'd rather have a set of big, natural boobs that hung way low than a fake set. Plenty of guys love them though. It's not my bag baby.
I've got an old HS buddy who married a girl with a set. She ended up dying from complications and he raised their daughter alone.
I've seen a documentary on the cons (talking primarily saline-filled vs silicone-filled [or is it silicon, I'm never sure which]) that was scary. The clear saline turns to black, mold filled fluid. The body will develop scar tissue around them that has to be torn (painful when it develops and then painful to tear by squeezing). In some ladies, the body will encapsulate them in calcium, year, they get hard like rocks. And that's not even the more serious stuff like when they leak into the body or if the body rejects them and the skin necrotizes.
